Driver Age & Requirements
The minimum driver’s age for renting a car is 23 years old and maximum 75 yrs old.
Driver must have a valid driving license held for at least 12 months. For driving licenses that are not written in Latin an international license is required.
All clients must carry their physical driver's licence with them.Pictures or copies of the driver's licence are not accepted by the greek low.
Terms and Conditions
Notify us immediately in case of damage or accident.
No driving off-road, on non-asphalt roads, or dirt tracks.
Do not overload the vehicle beyond its licensed capacity.
Towing other vehicles is prohibited.
Racing or any form of contest driving is not allowed.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
Vehicles must not be used in violation of Greek laws.
Travel outside Crete is not permitted.
You are responsible for traffic violations. secure parking and locking of the car
Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive.
The insurance does not cover the interior, the underside of the car,tires, wheels ,keys , broken glasses and mirrors ,damages caused by wrong type of fuel
In case of the unfortunate event of an accident/breakdown resulting in the immobilisation of the vehicle, your car will be replaced with another one within 24 hours from the time the accident/breakdown has been reported. Our company has the right to investigate the causes of the accident/breakdown and deny the replacement of the car if the use of the car was against terms & conditions.
Fuel Policy
Return as Collected
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level you received it. Unused fuel is not refundable. Vehicles delivered during the night (out of office hours), have at least half tank of petrol filled.This will be enough to drive you anywhere in the island.

We assure the delivery of a rental car from the selected category. In exceptional circumstances, upon receiving a request and subject to availability, we will supply the desired model
Payment Policy
We accept Cash, Bank Deposits and the following credit or debit cards are accepted: Visa & MasterCard.
Customer is fully relieved from the responsibilty of any damage.

Extra Costs
1. The company services you 24 hours every day. If your reservation is in out of office hours (08.00- 22.00) there will be an extra charge of 30 euros payable on arrival.Returning the vehicle after-hours is free of charge.
2. For vehicle drop-offs, a maximum tolerance of 30 minutes is allowed, after which, an extra day's rental will be charged. For extention of the vehicle the customer has to inform us in due time before your rental expires. In case the customer does not inform us, the expenses cause by the unconfirmed extention has to be paid by the customer upon return the rental vehicle.
3. Should the hirer decide to return a vehicle back to our office earlier than you originally planned, we shall not refund you for unused rental days.
3. Dropping your car off in a different station ( airport - port - hotel ) incurs a fee of 50,00€.
4.Deliveries in hotels are subject to an extra cost for distances more than 20km from the airport.
5.All our cars keys are chip-coded and the replacement of them is costly and timely. In case of lost keys, you will be charged with 130.00 - 250.00 Euros (depending on the car model) plus any associated transport and time costs in order to get the replacement keys to you.
